How to Use the Men's Urine Collection Pants

1. The way of assembling the urine collection system.

The upper opening of the sheath is oblique.The highest point has a mark(Ⅲ).When encircling the upper opening of the sheath evenly on the outer rim of the penis circle,the mark(Ⅲ) should meet with the midhole.The foot of the lower opening of the sheath evenly cut into the outer round groove of the funnel and is secured with the grip ring.Downwardly,connector,ureter and urine bag are connected.

   2. The way of installing the urine collection system into the pants.

In the picture 1,1-１１ are the urine collection system.Slide asunder the zipper.Insert the connector and ureter into the tunnel.Fasten the upper pipe of the urine bag with the fastening strip.Secure the two upper holes of the urine bag with the press buttons.Close the zipper.

Connect the funnel to the connector.make the highest mark(Ⅲ) and the midhole face the front of the pants by rotating at the connector-funnel place.The midelastic press to the front waist button.Left and right elastics press to the two side buttons of the waist.The tension of the left and right elastics should be as same as each other.If one of the two is found to be too relax or two are found to be too relax,new ones should substitute the relaxed ones.

  3. Wearing the pants.

Put on the collection pants.There shouldn't be any other underpants between the body and the urine collection pants.Firstly,especially in winter,enwrap the pants legs with the socks.Then put on the outer trousers.The thigh of the outer trousers shouldn't be too slim.

  4. Main requirements and knowledge.

To let the urine flow down fluently, the parts of the urine collection system should be stretched lightly and a continuous lowering of water levels should be formed between the parts.The sheath couldn't be twisted or kink.otherwise the urine will backflow.In winter the length of the ureter should be shorter than its length in summer to some extent due to the reason of the outer thick trousers the wearer wears in cold temperature 

When the wearer intend to urinate,he may confirm if the penis is in the sheath and if the sheath is stretched straight through the sensation acquired by groping the penis circle and pulling the funnel from the outside of the pants.The wearer should train himself to be able to move the penis circle downwardly from the outside of the pants.Thus,the wearer can reinsert the penis into the sheath without putting his hand into the pants when he wants to urinate.

The pants are made of cotton and should be wash gently.Don't expose to strong sunlight to avoid color evading and over contraction.

The valve of the urine bag is opened and closed by pulling and pushing,not by rotating.

Every day rinse the sheath and funnel with running water for hygiene reason.Connector,ureter and urine bag should be irrigated with detergent water and washed with clean water at regular interval.
